Hi.
I have an HP 7200i CD-Writer+ and I run Slackware 9. All I want to do is
to copy an audio CD from my ATAPI drive on /dev/hdc to a 74-min CD-RW in my
CD-writer. I've tried xcdroast, cdrecord, and cdrdao, but I've got nowhere.
Although I managed to record data on a 74min CD-RW, the burning process is
never completed when I try audio CDs. I think my system is set up correctly
(see below), but I'm not sure. Has anyone managed to record an audio CD-RW
using an HP 7200i? Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Paul.
Here's what is said about my CD-writer at boot time (from `dmesg`):
