Phat Linux on NT: Startup Problem

I have installed a copy of Phat Linux on my Dell Latitude Laptop.
The machine has NT 4.0, 128 MB RAM. Atempting to start Phat Linux
by executing (by double clicking) the 'linux.bat' results in the
following message.
