    Okey, seems like you have managed to mess up some file priviliges, check all
    KDE files that everyone can read them and that all the directories has read
    and execute priviliges set for everyone.

    Another way would be to rinstall the KDE rpms
    rpm -Uvh --force <your kde packages>
