Multilingual thin client ?

    Hello all,
    I'm interested in a thin client version of Linux (and I can find various versions but have tried
    only one so far). But I'd like to know if there are options in some of them to have kde/gnome and
    the various apps in various languages.
    Something during the boot process of each client that allow you to set lang=us, lang=fr... Like
    knoppix does.
    I'm interested mainly in english, french, italian and german, but also others.
