Cups on desktoop

    Before I had to reload my Red Hat Linux 9.0, I used to see CUPS on my
    desktop.
    It's not there anymore, and I'm sure I loaded all the printer related
    software in this
    latest load. I see cups files in my usr/sbin folder, but no 'cupsd'
    file that I can restart
    with.
