Okay. Hello everyone. I get an error in /var/log/messages/ while
trying to mount a cdrom that says:
linux submountd: mount failure, No such device or address
Sep 3 23:00:58 linux kernel: subfs: unsuccessful attempt to mount media (256)
I cannot access floppies, cdrom, cdrecorders, only linux mounts. I have done
this many times on the same machine using suse 8.1. :P
What I like to know is if the problem is a replacable module, if so what is
that module?
It's also a fresh install, meaning I've never gotten it to work on this install.
Thanks a bunch,
John
