    I fixed it by simply installing suse9.2, it works great! also dvd's play
    though you have to find libdvdcss. are there any programs that will make
    copies of dvd's from dvd-9 to dvd-5 (compressed)? also for any who care I am
    enjoying linux a whole bunch specifically suse 9.2. most problems I have
    encountered are caused by my inexperience. thank you!!
