Hi,

One would assume this is a FAQ, but I couldn't find anything directly
applicable...

I currently have a dual-boot machine with RH9 and Win2K using GRUB to
dual boot. I would like to upgrade to WinXP Pro.

If I run the XP installer, I'd like to make sure that it (a) leaves my
Linux partitions alone; and (b) does NOT upgrade from FAT32 to
NTFS. Will this be the case?

I assume that it will in any event screw around with my MBR and thus
GRUB. Will I need to make a boot disk and then use that to reinstall
GRUB? Or are there any subtleties?

Thanks in advance, &c.,

Andrew
