Got trouble when install Linux with Windows Me

My computer have 2 drive. Drive C: got Windows Me installed already
when I try to install Linux in drive D: by created Grub and install
Linux Boot loader in MBR when all install process finish my com reboot
It appear bith Linux and Windows when I try to boot Windows it error
message appear "Disk read error"
What should I do
