Hi,

I have installed Redhat Linux 9 on a machine with a Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000
(Pro) mainboard with the Intel 865PE chipset. Everything works fine. But the
machine don't turn off after shutdown. I has recompiled the kernel and
activated the ACPI-support. This had not the effect I had hoped for. Do
anybody knows a solution?

Thanks

Lars
