Trying to download the files to place onto a server on our LAN to do local
FTP installs from. I'm also trying to get the UPDATES directory so we can
run the updates from our LAN as well.
During the download of the UPDATES I get failures on "host-k_um.spm" and
"kernel-source-um.spm". (These are in the i386/update/9.0/rpm/src directory)
Even trying to download these from the SUSE FTP site doesn't work. I *think*
I have the rest of the files...
The download of the installation files isn't complete yet (many hours to
go), so I don't know if I'll have issues with the installation files.
This just plain stinks... Why can't Suse at least provide a single
compressed file that contains the required files. At least that way we know
if the download is damaged or files are missing. I prefer installation ISO's
even more.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong with my dowload?
This is what CuteFTP shows when it tries to get one of the files:
