yeah, as I got advice to install the kernel-source not the .src one,
(what is the .src one anyway, I thought that src was short for
'source' )

it said unkown interface, but I know exactly what it is, its a d-link
530TX and it came with a cd with the driver source so I needed to
compile that to make it run. And now that I found the right rpm
package it works. I compiled the source inserted the module and it
worked first try. Only thing though is that the computer hangs on
shutdown (not a real problem maybe, but abit confusing) but I haven't
begun looking into that yet.
