Newer kernels now being distributed are so big, many won't fit on a 1.44Mb
floppy.
LILO "mkrescue" now supports an option, "--iso", to create a bootable CD that
can be burned with 'cdrecord'. Of course, your system must support booting
from an El Torito Bootable CD in 2.88Mb floppy emulation.
