Alright, so after struggling with it for about a week, I fixed my own
problem. If you're having the same problem I am, try this:
First, I moved the NIC to the PCI slot closest to the processor. I read
somewhere else that might help. Then, I installed the pci-scan-scyld
driver, followed by the tulip-scyld driver. My card was then able to find
the DHCP server and configure itself correctly.
