    Found the alternative solution.
    Manually updated up2date by downloading the latest RPM.
    This time, when I ran up2date-nox, it says:

    To install the key, run the following as root:

            rpm --import /usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY
            rpm --import /usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora

    When I imported /usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora, up2date-nox does not complain anymore.
