Recently I tried to boot Fedora Core from NTLDR, and failed because I
didn't install Grub or LILO. So I did a reinstall, with Grub in hda2
partition, keeping NTLDR in MBR. Basically I followed the instructions
from the HOWTO below, and it works well.

However, a friend of mine has a notebook that has USB floppy drive. So
he can't boot from floppy. He can only boot from CDROM or harddisk. In
this case, how could we get into Linux for the first time, to create
the boot file that is needed by NTLDR? Any idea?
