Boot with the Installation CD and when the menu screen is displayed type
'linux rescue' and press the 'Enter' key. Answer a few questions and read
the screens they will tell you how to use the 'chroot' command. Do so they
follow the instructions on how to create the bootsect.lnx file. When done
reboot the system into Windows and download/install/use;

to copy the 'bootsect.lnx' file to the root of your Windows 'C:' drive.
