I had a similar problem with Redhat.
Seem to remember it was a sendmail problem.
Problem was fixed by adding an entry into my /etc/hosts file I think

# /etc/hosts
        127.0.0.1 localhost loopback
        127.0.0.1 phrankndonna

This might fix it (the phrankndonna line)

Also, like the previous poster said, maybe look to stop sendmail starting
during boot.

Let us know if you fix it.
