The x86 stuff hasn't been common enough for this to be much of an issue
in the past.

If you had the DVD, this should also work since all the data can be put
into the cross-platform hsfs partition. The CD has to be copyable and
bootable, so some of the information is only in the UFS partition.
That's the bit that doesn't read on the other system.

With the increased viability of Solaris x86 I'm sure someone's working
on it, but I can't begin to guess how much of a priority it is.
