Another question. I have a book that explains how to install an older
version of redhat. It said I have to make a boot disk. Can I boot off the CD
with redhat
I don't want to just pop the disk in. I don't want to screw something up
where I have to reformat my hard drive.
So write now I think:
1. Defrag hard drive(but not with windows defrag.. with what?)
2. Pop in Red 7.1 CD. Follow instructions. It will make the partitions I
need even though I have 60 GBs of data on my hard drive.
3. do I install the redhat dual boot software? If I do not will I get the
choose of what mode to boot up in when I reboot?
4. how big should my swap partition be?
