debian sid dvd boot problem

New installation, just downloaded dvd iso image from debian.
Dvd reader is secondary/slave (/dev/hdd).
Try to boot, get this message:
isolinux: Loading spec packet failed, trying to wing it...
isolinux: Failed to locate CD-ROM device; boot failed.
This means i burned the dvd+rw correctly.. i think, otherwise i would not even
launch isolinux (1.67).
Maybe he needs a master device?
