Checklist for setting up RH9 or Fedora as server

Hello,

Could anyone point me a documentation which would tell that
what things (security etc.) should usually be taken care of
when setting up a one Linux PC as a small company's WWW server?

We are planning to use either RH 9 (the last non commercial version) or Fedora.
