FC2 up2date libxslt does not down load

Hi,

    Up2date keeps on prompting libxslt has an update from 1.1.5-1 to
1.1.12-2

    As a matter of course I just accept all FC2 maintenance. All other
rpm packages have downloaded (eventually - some are slow) and
installed

    However, libxslt never seems to commence download - even if I
leave over-night

   Any ideas? Ways around this?
