No, it's almost entirely open source due to the extensive GPL software.
(There may be a few trademark icons in some packages, and there may be a few
add-on packages but I haven't taken apart the distro to hunt them down.)
You can effectively rebuild it from the SRPM source packages, and in fact
someone is doing this as a hobby for "whitebox" Linux, merging back in all
the pieces that RedHat decided do or do not belong in the more expensive OS
releases into a single distribution.
