Yes.

Now before you think I'm being funny with my answers above I'll clarify
things. The RH or Debian question is nearly impossible to answer. You'll
only get opinion as an answer and you might find neither of them are what
you're looking for. IMHO Debian stable is an excellent server OS. I've been
playing around with Fedora Core 3 (RH's community project) over the last
couple of days and I quite like it but be aware it seems to be the testing
ground for RH's official releases.

Go to http://www.distrowatch.com have a look at what distros are available,
their philosophies and the packages they come with. The truth is, Linux is
very flexible and it's impossible for anyone to tell you what distro will
work for you and how to set everything up. Do some research, test some
distros and you'll be able to answer your own questions.
