moving files from win2k partition to fedora via knoppix (on dual boot)

on a dual boot system, can knoppix be used to move files from the ntfs
win2k partition to the fedora (ext?) partition without floppies or
burning cd-roms? if knoppix mounts both partitions, seems that could
save on some cd-roms.
