Nero weirdness?

I get the same result, yet nothing is in my floppy drive...

I believe this is a "feature" of Burning ROM which I, for one, don't
know how to disable :(

The express version gives this message when selecting the boot image:

"The Nero installation contains an image of bootable floppy disk, which
will be used to make your disc bootable. You can select a boot locale,
which will prepare the appropiate country code page and keyboard layout
for included DOS.

Alternatively, the A:> drive can be selected so that the disc being
burned will boot the same way as the floppy in the A:\"
