probelm in mounting my windows partitions in Fedora Code 3

hi all,

I have two partitions in my WIN XP one primary and another secondary. I
have set up Fedora Core 3 with 2.6.9 k series. I have tried to mount
both these partitions in my Fedora but only my primary partition is
mounted the other is not mounted. IT gives a failed to load warning at
bot time.

Here is my fstab file
