 rpm -qlp ftp://updates.redhat.com/7.2/en/os/i386/libstdc++3-3.0.4-1.i386.rpm
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.3
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.3.0.4

Dunno if this version works for you, but worth to try.
