What about? What's your problem? That you don't know how to install the
packages yourself? That you don't know how to look in the CD to check
they are there? That you don't know how to check the CD to see if you
burned it properly? That you don't know how to check to see if yur
cdrom has cabling problems, or if there are other hardware problems?

Which is it? Please be specific! One can't tell you everything in the
universe!
