help w/ mandrake iso's install

    I recently downloaded Mandrake CD 1, 2 and 3 iso's to install on my
    laptop. I burned each one to a Cd using Nero and tried to boot from
    the CD-ROM. Nothing. I read online that a tool called "IsoButser" was
    needed to extract all the files from the iso. So I installed it
    extracted CD 1, burned the extracted files and attempted to install
    again using the new CD. Nothing again.

    I've never used the iso format for anything. Matter of fact I have
    avoided it religously. What am I doing wrong?
