Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers (Top Urgent !!) :(

Dear All,

I have install Debian-Sarge (test) version, but i found that when i
tar some package, i get the below error,

Sample : I get the mrbs1111.tar.gz

I use the command : tar -zxvf mrbs1111.tar.gz

ERROR :
/usr/bin/tar: Skipping to next header
/usr/bin/tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers

I can't install any software, i try to upgrade the tar (apt-get), but
the version is show update.

i try to download and install source from GNU tar website, but also
get the error message.
