Hi,
I'm interested in installing a linux on a usb hard drive. The OS will then
boot from usb and I want to use it as a jump start server for jump starting
solaris. Is this possible? I would use solaris except it doesn't support
booting from usb drive.
The idea is that the jump start server can easily be run from a few laptops
that can boot from the usb drive. Also, I don't want to/don't have
permission to change the main drives on the laptops.
Thanks for any help.
