I have a logitech USB mouse attached to a Mandrake 10.0 PIII box used
as a kiosk. For various reasons the machine is setup to reboot itself
every 24 hours (via crontab.) After a boot, the mouse cursor will not
respond unless I jiggle the mouse around for about 5 seconds. Even if
the machine sits there for hours, the cursor wont respond until someone
jiggles the mouse for 5 seconds. My users just assume the thing is
broken and walk away.
Any ideas?
