Hello,
I have a Linux PC on an internal network which uses private addresses such as
10.0.0.2 etc... for accessing computers internally. There is also a DSL router
connected to an external network using DSL. I have statically assigned an IP
address and netmask to the Linux PC and assigned the router's internal IP as
the default gateway. However, I cannot access the external network from
the Linux PC (despite the fact that this is working fine from other
Windows computers). The only computers I can see from the Linux box
are the other computers on the internal network which I can ping
just fine, but no external ones.
Any help with this would be sincerely appreciated,
Thanks,
Neil
