How to add a "Windows Safe-Mode " entry in grub?

How to add a "Windows Safe-Mode " entry in grub?
After setup ubuntu in my laptop, I found "Windows Safe-Mode " not
recognized in grub. I'm a newbie to grub and can not fix it mannally,
who can give a hand?
