    That sounds serious. All error messages show your module? Well, perhaps
    you have no error messages - that would explain it.

    I suspect that you really have no problem! What you have done is more or
    less sufficient to load your module, provided you have satisfied the
    prerequisites that you can see in the man pages (use modprobe, run
    depmod, place the module in a path known to depmod/modprobe, etc.).

    So convince us of that. Be meticulous in your convincing.
