My runlevel logged in as root is "N 5".

[root@david ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/vncserver status
Xvnc is stopped

doing "/etc/rc.d/init.d/vncserver status" will start the server with
"OK" still if I do "/etc/rc.d/init.d/vncserver status" after that it
still says "Xvnc is stopped".

I suppose the log files might shed some light on this.. where would
they be ?
