Ubuntu-Windows

I just installed Ubuntu onto my XP machine. Ubuntu works fine, but now
XP wont boot. It comes up with the windows check-disk screen, then says
"chkdsk not found. Skipping check" then it restarts. What is wrong? Did
I format my Windows partition?
