setting HW clock - Debian Sarge

Hi,
I have diskless client (Asus Digimatrix) that boots over network. It runs
Debian Sarge - but without some easy setup environment like KDE or GNome.
When it's powered on, time that is shown on little LCD screen is right. When
it shuts down, time shown (HW clock) is 2 hours behind (before 1 hour switch
it was 1 hour behind)...
I remember setting "HW clock is same as running time" when installing Linux
OSes, but don't know where to set this in this Debian Sarge machine manually
?
Thanks in advance,
regards,
Rob.
