Re: Cannot get networking to work



This problem you're having looks similar to a PC I saw that was also dual
boot. Windows for some reason locked up the NIC. The way I fixed it
(without needing a mouse) was as follows: Reset the NIC...

Ctl+Alt+F2
mii-tool -Rr # resets the NIC and autonegotiation
Ctl+Alt+F7 # to return to your GUI
