Kubuntu Dapper-What's wrong with my sources.list

Hi,
Just migrated from Mandriva to Kubuntu Dapper (6.0.6) Beta without Kubuntu
experience. As I had an Internet connection problem during install, I had
to manually edit /etc/apt/sources.list afterwards, once I got connected.
While I did my best, once I ran apt-get update I got a lot of errors,
duplications and mainly it stated it couldn't fetch security updates. I
manually verified with a browser that all entries exist. Enclosed please
find my file. I would very much appreciate any insight!
