Hi,
I've never faced this before... just installed RH9.0, and, I find
that the keyboard response is really slow. It seems to be somthing
to do with the way keyboard events are "scanned," because, I see
that some of the charaters gets missed out if I type anything at
normal speeds. I need to wait for a second or two to see the
character being echoed, and, only then should I type in the next
character - which is a kind of getting painful.

Anybody faced this problem before?

Is the system wildly overloaded by something, such as having no RAM to speak
of and running HTTP, DNS, NFS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc., etc., etc?
