Since you are running Windows, you may want to try to look at CD Creator
XP Pro. It is free, and I used to use it when I ran Windows. Never had
a problem.. Your burner may be going bad though, mine was making 4/5
cds as coasters before I finally came to and realized it was a bad drive.
