Monitor problems

Hello,
Does any body have insite on how to configure a KOMODO model k95a for
SuSe Lenix 10.1. The system boots and has the correct size during it's
opening display. Once K Menu begins to appear, it is either distorted
or the wrong size for the monitor, (you can only see the bottom left
corner of the window, which takes up the whole screen.) Is there a
particular setting for xorgconfig or a particular window graphics
adapter needed.
