What currency are you using? I believe that is a high estimate, at least
in USD. I think you could probably get started for 1/10th that

To the OP:
IMO, a data recovery service is a method of "last resort," and is not a
viable backup/restore strategy. The best answer is to maintain good
backups. Regular backups are definitely cheaper, too. It only requires a
small initial investment of money for redundant hardware, and of time for
learning how to do it. After that, it is only a matter of discipline and
scheduling.
