causes a kernel panic, I have seen this happen on some SMP systems
before, can you post the contents of your `/proc/interrupts` file and
perhaps also the output from `lspci -v`.

If you're using the taintware, try the nv driver instead (this will require a
reboot). If the problem does *not* happen with an untainted kernel then do
not pass Go, do not collect £200, go straight to nVidia.
