Go back and read my previous answer to you.
Slackware-12.0 runs almost perfectly well on your chipset. I have an
Asus M2N-MXSE MB with the NV6150/NF430 chipset and the only problem I had
with Slackware was its flaky handling of the USB printer port.
If you use a USB printer then install Debian Etch and upgrade to Lenny.
