automatic start of computer

Hello,
After I installed Mandriva 2008 on a computer that was previously running
Windows XP it started to boot for no reason. It does that sometimes twice a
day, sometimes not for some days.
I've looked in the bios, and disabled some options with the name "Resume on
xxx". It has not helped.
An idea what could be the cause and how to solve it?
Regards,
