Hello,
When our Red Hat 9 box starts going into X, the screen flashes a few
times then returns to command line. When I run redhat-config-xfree86,
I get the following error:
xconf.py: Fatal IO error 2 (Connection reset by peer) on X server
:17.0.
I believe X is working fine as I can fire-up vncserver and connect
into X just fine. Any suggestions? Red Hat 9 removed Xconfigurator,
but is there any other configuration program I can try???
Thanks for any help in advance.
Alex.
